App!

For the amount of $$$$$ we spend to stay with you, it would be nice to be able to add my reservation on the app. I appreciate the info on restaurants, eco parks, etc. but, there are some upgrades to this app that could make our vacation more xagical!

Needs lots of improvement

This app is so bad - you guys need to invest money in your developers and improve the experience. People now days want data and information at their fingertips. You guys really need to put hours of restaurants and reservations visibility on here. As well as a concierge chat bit to help guests that are staying at hotel.

Pictures are not private BEWARE

I just uploaded the app and I have a bunch of pictures from families enjoying their vacation. Including children. I won’t be using their photo services!!!

The App has Improved!

We can to Xcaret Arte May 2022. The app was terrible. We came back May 2022 they improved a lot. Trust me it was so much worse

App needs MAJOR UPDATING

App just opens then crashes. Useless app. This app could be amazing, but it needs a major overhaul and needs to actually work.

Unusable

Crashes every time I open it. It hardly finished loading before it crashes and closes itself.

Complete fail!

Once you login it kicks you off the site.

It would be a great app if when you login that it didn’t boot you off the app.

App closes immediately after opening

This app simply is not functioning. If you log in with your account or email the app will shutdown completely. I was able to sign in as a guest but it defeats the purchase of using it for my reservation. Xcaret so far has been very confusing to plan and apparently cannot reserve anything until a month prior. I am traveling from far and spending so much money to feel this uncertain of our itinerary.
