Bad information and extra fees not showing before payment
Booked hotel in denmark from denmark but was charged in usd and added 25% tax and service fee that was not showing in price that said incl tax. Tried calling but after unsuccessfully navigating bot phone answering machine someone finally got on the phone to redirect me to someone else who I then couldnt hear after which they hung up and never got back. No way of emailing through the confirmation emails or contact thus all in all less than 1 star

Øv, hvor ville jeg ønske de ville fikse de MANGE fejl appen har. 3 ud af 4 gange får man fejlmelding og den 4. Gang skal man være meget tålmodig - den er en evighed om at åbne.
Når man kontakter dem, påstår de hårdnakket at appen fungerer som den skal

I mean it works but I find it quite confusing to use the app to view reservations etc. could you make a list as a timeline instead? For instance right now I am in Pu Luong and have two different hotels in a three day period. But the app says “trip to Bá thuóc “and “trip to ‘Bá thuóc ‘ and ‘somewhere else’ “ - as if it is two different journeys. Why did it not just combine the two hotels in ‘Bá thuóc‘???
Also for how can I cancel and get a refund? How do I see pictures of the room I booked etc is very hard to find.
Kunne ikke indløse bonus at
Kunne ved sidste booking ikke bruge min bonusnat- og det var et hotel, hvor den kunne bruges. Ved betaling blev jeg bedt om at gå til den gamle side for at indløse, men den fandtes ikke. Fik desuden ingen bekræftelse, men pengene blev trukket. Var nød til at kontakte hotellet for at få bekræftet at jeg havde en overnatning. Prøvede at kontakte Hotels både på chat og telefon, men kunne ikke komme igennem uden reservations nummer - hvilket jeg jo ikke havde.
Elendig hjælp via chatbot
Jeg har brug for hjælp ifm fejl på jeres hjemmeside og kan ikke få fat i nogen der kan hjælpe da i har fjernet personlig betjening.... Elendigt!!!
Er Hotels ved at gå konkurs?
Jeg kan ikke book hotel. Jeg kan ikke starte chatbot, jeg kan ikke komme i kontakt med hotels.com mere?
