I had a disgusting check in experience and wanted my money back after the hotel manager booked me into a dirty room where they had to kick out 2 employees who were already using the room in front of me. I think they thought I was no longer coming as I checked in late. The linen was dirty, the shower was wet and dirty (they had just taken a shower), they left their cigarettes and lighter. The manager disrespectfully refused to give me my refund and told me to deal with hotels.com and till today I haven’t heard from them re how they deal with such situation from a consumer protection perspective. I had to check out before my stay is over and want my refund because you must vett the hotels you associate with and can confirm that The Grand Bazzar hotel is NOT a 3 star hotel, it’s not even a one star! I want my refund please!

We got to the hotel we paid and booked with this app and we were turned away, we are told they do this all the time, do not use this app, they will just steal your money
What a lovely stay
The hostess was wonderful and staff all very helpful! It was a last minute booking and honestly was very happy! Will definitely stay here again! They also have the cutest little dog

Crash when doing multiple searches
Have been using this app for the past 4-5 years regularly for business and personal use. However the new version of the app crashes regularly. After the first search, if you’d like to update and do a new search (maybe a different area or search for another hotel name) the app freezes. Can’t delete the name of the 1st search, edit, or even go back. After a bit of time the app crashes and restarts. This happens 100% of the time and is easy to replicate.
Hotels.com is usless
Dont book with hotels.com if you have problem there support is non existent useless
Slow and unresponsive app
Have had to stop using this app altogether as it's painfully slow (loading of hotels, loading of pictures) and clunky. What happened ? It was never like this

Booked my Hotel in Cape Town. Arrived at the hotel checked in absolutely no problems. Got a fantastic discount. Would Definitely use booking .com again.
