Every time i have used this app has been such a great experience. I recommend it very much, it’s easy to use and so fast. It can be really helpful in a hurry.

The app never works, they check twice your credit card doing a small amount charge and a process meanwhile they don’t let you use your account and they play with your reservation. I booked a hotel 10 days ago and everything was fine, I had to prepay the total amount of the reservation and when I arrived to the hotel everything was supposedly fine. Then I realized that I couldn’t enter into my account and that they return me the payment into my credit card, I was worried and I had problems with my bank because out of nowhere Hotel Tonight wanted to confirm again my credit card and my account charging this small amount of money so they could prove it was me. Finally in the middle of my trip I could pay the hotel and access to my account, but I lost time and I had problems with my bank because of this horrible support team and trust and safety issues from the app. If I weren’t in the U.S. with good internet access I wouldn’t realize that they were playing with my account, my credit card and my reservation.

Cuando llegué a hacer checkin no nos atendieron bien porque veníamos con reserva de Hoteltonight.. dicen “con ellos siempre hay problemas.. no envian la reserva y a las personas les cobran..”

Estuve en un viaje por Europa y me funciono muy bien esta aplicacion en las ciudades que tiene el servicio (no esta todavia en todas). Al menos para esas reaervas de ultima hora tuvimos mejores tarifas que en otras paginas web.

Hotel Tonight seemed convenient at first, but I was blindsided by an extra $365 in fees charged by the hotel at checkout, which were never disclosed upfront. Transparency is crucial, and this experience has made me hesitant to use the app again.

Pay the fortune for my room. I was supposed to be a Luxe hotel. The picture showed ocean views. I'm looking at a parking lot in a room that looks like an embassy suites having paid rates the same as for the Ritz Carlton. Use this to find hotels that have availability and then make sure you call the hotel directly. Extremely disappointed.
