I was able to find a reasonably priced room for one night after my original booking was unexpectedly cancelled a few hours before my stay. At the same time all the booking websites were giving me prices of the order $400 per night.
Helpful map to indicate vicinity to starting point, reliable critique, good value and actually better rate than other booking apps.

Hotel Tonight seemed convenient at first, but I was blindsided by an extra $365 in fees charged by the hotel at checkout, which were never disclosed upfront. Transparency is crucial, and this experience has made me hesitant to use the app again.
Pay the fortune for my room. I was supposed to be a Luxe hotel. The picture showed ocean views. I'm looking at a parking lot in a room that looks like an embassy suites having paid rates the same as for the Ritz Carlton. Use this to find hotels that have availability and then make sure you call the hotel directly. Extremely disappointed.
