This may be a newer program but it’s very confusing and doesn’t work properly all the time. One minute they have hot lunch, the next they don’t. The reward system is all over the place and the kangaroo app doesn’t even show anything anymore so the times I did order lunch are what wasted? I think this program was thrown together without really knowing how to run it.

I’ve never been compelled to write a review but I have never been more frustrated by an app in my life. I have no clue whether I paid for the right order or not and for what day or whether I submitted a duplicate order and whether I cancelled the right thing. The email confirmation doesn’t include any useful info. I suggest you hire a product manager and a UX person who understands usability.

It does what it’s supposed to do but it’s excruciating using the app. Why can’t coupons be used for the whole order, they make me choose one child to apply it to and then I have to pay for that child separate from the rest of the invoice. Not user friendly. Also very glitchy.

This app is not user friendly at all. Way too many clicks to get to the section you need.  No notification of unpaid balance so kids have not gotten their ordered meals. The app needs to be reorganized and streamlined with the option to have notifications when there is a pending balance.
