It is always was very easy to use the app, but now it never works, just shows white screen , like it is loading.. but nothing happens. Very disappointing and makes it difficult to pick up extra shifts, or even just see you schedule. Please fix this

Hotschedules used to make my life so much easier. It gets worse and much less user friendly with every update. It used to take 30 mins to write a schedule, now can take up to three hours. 

Why can’t you make a shift in to a house shift on the app?

When an employee picks up a shift it no longer tells you if this will put them onto a a double shift. You have to go in to the actual schedule and back to approvals. 

It’s so slow now. Crashes all of the time. Sometimes you just can’t log in. 

Please go back to the old version.

I don’t know what’s happened in the new update, but it’s rendered the app virtually unreadable and completely unusable on iPhone’s dark mode. Black text on a dark grey background? Please fix this.

This app is useless. Save your money and just use it on a browser...if you have to. The tools on it are good and if it worked then it would be great. However it never loads. At least 90% of the time I get a little banner at the top saying unable to load or no network coverage, despite having plenty. Waste of money.

I am using this app for my job so could please fix the following issue asap.

I can log in to the website fine but an error message appears every time I try to log into the app on either my iPad or iPhone.

The website is really dodgy on my phone also, hoping it works better on my iPad.

I don't know what those other reviews are complaining about, I think it's good. I like that there's notifications on the app icon when it's closed when you have messages etc, but I think it would be better to se a notification on the message bar in the app as well when you have messages.

I use hot schedules through work to check my rotas and I have the old version and refuse to update it. I have tried out the new version on friends phones and it is horrible. It isn't as simple as the old version and there's to much going on with it visually that is stresses me out and confuses me. Your old version was so much better

When I first got the hotschedules app the version for the iPhone was really good. It was really easy to use and see everything I needed to at a glance. So when the update came through I presumed it would be making it even better... I was wrong. It is a less attractive design, it's not as easy to see available shifts and the shifts you are working, and it has a few issues with notifications. I really wish I'd never updated. I loved the older version!!

### ****- "Good but old version had a better week-view"
Hot schedules is really useful for me, my whole store uses it for all aspects of rota-ing. 

The old version however allowed you to view your weeks rota on one page; now you have to scroll down. It just makes it less easy to view when you are working in a week/when you're not. It's harder to process...

Otherwise I really like all the improvements; it's quicker, no need to log in, you can see who isn't working your shift too which is much more helpful when it comes to subbing out and picking up shifts.

Just make that one change and I'll be happy!
