I like that I can get refunds for parking. However, it needs one update. Where I park, the street meters have a letter and number. Such as: A 1100, B 1100 and so on. From what I can tell, I can only enter the number. After spending way too long setting it up (no auto-fill on Apple platforms, no Apple Pay), it forced me to give them $10 to pay my $1.25 fee. And there is no way to get the balance back. Terrible business practice and I will avoid this app in the future. If your municipality looking for a parking payment manager, find a different company. Even the law enforcement employees refuse to use this to pay for parking. I’d give it a -5 if I could. On principal I’d rather get a parking ticket than have to deal with this ridiculous, money-grabbing app. On top of that, the signup process is exceedingly slow, and isn’t coded to work with Apple’s autofill, so I had to manually type everything in.
