As stated I got banned having never posted a deal or commented. The mods must lead very frustrating lives to crave that amount of power. Very confusing

I have had multiple comments removed because “do not follow the guidelines” but the threads are full of off-topic comments including offensive ones. This proves that all my comments are reviewed but not other. I have contacted the team multiple times to ask where is the problem and every time I have been given different lies ( all comments are reviewed manually - lie, all comments are reviewed by an automated system - lie, my reviewed are not moderated - lie) If any of the cases were true, 90-95% of the reviews would have been deleted, which didn’t happen. For developers or moderators checking my review: If any will bother to check my review, your reply will be automatically checked by an automated system and might be ignored by myself.

I enjoy this app

Find the app terrible for accessibility and for people that need larger font sizes. Refuse to support dynamic type for people that use larger font sizes. So poor that in 2024 you can’t add basic accessibility features to the app. Have to use web version as font is that small with no option to make it bigger 👎🏻

Got banned from using the site because i had a palestine flag as a profile picture, Apparantly i was “supporting terrorism”, just admit you are racist towards palestinian jews and be done with it.

Comments deleted for no reason other than mods being very sensitive and users having paper thin skin. Great for finding deals but I wont be buying products using the links on your platform, exactly what is wrong with society right now! Update. Just been banned again for a comment, ultra woke admin, don’t even bother if you are afraid of offending anyone with light banter.

The app force you to the “hot” tab when you open a category, it was “new” before, which is a waste of time and frustrating.

I’ve been part of the community long before it turned into HUKD, nearly 14 years of it dating back to 2010. Ever since it got sold and taken over, moderators have been acting and all the ones I used to know have been replaced. The new owners removed all the safeties we built into the community to avoid Chinese market traps and low quality stuff being sold to people. They started making deals that would benefit them and hurt the community. The final step for them was to remove all the users that built the community. At first they started randomly picking on those like myself voicing our concern. They then moved on to removing all the custom status messages and infos we had left on our profile to fight them completely destroying the place. The final step for them was having their own users starting arguments, which lead to my account being forced to require approval every time I posted anything regardless of content. Fascism at its finest. I finally decided that I am done with the place I helped build for 14 years. I am moving on, however, I am making sure this review is always updated here so people would see. Sadly average user wouldn’t know the difference. There once was a time where we actually had deals that were beneficial, now it comes down to who can pay them off more than others! Bunch of unethical has beens that are not even from the UK, they just own a lot of these small branches everywhere. Almost forgot, their practise most specifically the type of treatment I and many others have been subjected to is not random, it is discriminatory and designed to force those with disability such as ADHD to become frustrated and react so they can easily get rid of them. Under the UK Equality Act 2010, they should be held accountable and face multiple charges with regard to discriminatory behaviour, targeting less able and disadvantaged persons, those with protected disability and protected characteristics.

What a horrible place this is now, deals are fake or biased towards their affiliates, love honey, Amazon etc, the mods are love deleting comments and banning people for no reason, there’s no community now only love between they regular deal posters, admin and mods. I just leech now and don’t bother helping anyone 😆
