Great Deals!!" Use this app all of the time to find amazing discounts on hotels! -- RwhitTX, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "App doesn’t work, customer service is nonexistent" I made the poor choice to book a hotel through this app 2 weeks ago and haven’t been able to access my account or booking since - it just cycles the login screen over and over again. My booking appears in the app but I cannot actually view anything related to it - it just shows an error. I’ve been trying to get help from customer service for 8 days and they keep sending me the same canned response about how “the app isn’t behaving today” and “their IT team thinks it should be fixed in a couple hours”. No one has ever tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. I have no idea what an “IT team” would have to do with a login issue since those are completely different teams. Waiting “a couple hours” has turned into 8 days with still no solution (or suggestions for how to solve this). I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice with no success. Now I have no idea if I’ll actually have a hotel booked when I arrive at my destination and no confidence that anyone at Hotwire will care to help solve this. Save yourself the stress and book through literally anyone else. -- Xtina_w, 2024-12-25 ### ***-- "This Hotel Price Has Changed…because I clicked on it" I’ve used Hotwire for years, but recently it seems that every time I click a hotel, the price immediately changes and obviously it’s always higher. It’s bad enough that they do that between sessions, but this certainly feels like the system is simply taking advantage of the consumer. The psychology of that is all wrong and makes me want to use other services instead. -- Goshen Michael, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "App hides junk fees" Hotwire displays you a nice nightly rate even on the last step of the booking above the buy button. Only the literal fine print informs you of junk fees that are to be paid at the hotel directly. I’ve seen up to an additional 50% 🤯 -- noname152752, 2024-12-20 ### **--- "Bait and Switch Prices" Used to be great, but lately it gives you a list of hotels with great rates, but when you click on one it says it’s “unavailable” and to try back later. It then *refreshes* with a HIGHER rate. When you click on the same (newly priced) hotel, it has an even HIGHER rate. ??? That’s literally the definition of a bait and switch. -- Señora FS, 2024-12-16 ### *---- "Fraud" This is not a boutique hotel!!!! -- Fraud Hotel, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Unhappy traveler" They kept 515.00 and blocked me. Why? -- F—k m- h—dr, 2024-12-06 ### *---- "Misinformation" The app did not give me the selected hotels that were in the heart rate they gave me a rundown motel -- Abagsby1408, 2024-12-05 ### ***** "Gayle" I’ve been using hot wire for many years and found no fault -- Legobest, 2024-12-02 ### ***** "User for some years now" This site do be hitting in the car rentals and I appreciate the savings -- johnLee216, 2024-12-01 [View all Hotwire reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Hotwire Discovered Keywords - hotel - travelocity - motels - hotel deals - cheap hotels - happer - hotline - hotwire com - hot deals - hotel now ## Apps Similar to Hotwire - [Travelocity Hotels & Flights](https://apptail.io/app/travelocity-hotels-flights-u/united-states) - [KAYAK: Flights, Hotels & Cars](https://apptail.io/app/kayak-flights-hotels-cars-Mf/united-states) - [Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight](https://apptail.io/app/priceline-hotel-car-flight-oq/united-states) - [Orbitz Hotels & Flights](https://apptail.io/app/orbitz-hotels-flights-AT/united-states) - [HotelTonight: Hotel Booking](https://apptail.io/app/hoteltonight-hotel-booking-DW/united-states) - [Budget – Car Rental](https://apptail.io/app/budget-car-rental-Uwc/united-states) - [Cheapflights: Flights & Hotels](https://apptail.io/app/cheapflights-flights-hotels-vpe/united-states) - [CheapTickets Hotels & Flights](https://apptail.io/app/cheaptickets-hotels-flights-ibf/united-states) - [Last Minute – Cheap Flights](https://apptail.io/app/last-minute-cheap-flights-yeg/united-states) - [HyreCar Driver - Gig Rentals](https://apptail.io/app/hyrecar-driver-gig-rentals-xZG/united-states) ## Hotwire Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/hotwire-last-minute-hotels-hNc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/hotwire-last-minute-hotels-hNc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
