## Hourly Move Description
Sitting is the easiest habit to fall into and the hardest to notice. Hourly Move gives you one glance and one job: stand up and move — on the schedule you set.

REMINDERS YOU WON'T TUNE OUT
Most reminder apps fail for one reason: your brain learns the pattern and starts ignoring it. Turn on anti-habituation jitter and Hourly Move shifts each reminder by a small, random few minutes every day — same schedule, never the same rhythm — so it stays noticeable instead of fading into the background. It's free, and it's the whole point.

ANY INTERVAL — DOWN TO EVERY 5 MINUTES
Most reminder apps stop at "hourly". Hourly Move lets you set a repeating alert at any interval — every 5 or 10 minutes, every 25, every 90, every 2 hours. Great for stand-up and stretch breaks, eye-rest and posture checks, hydration, medication, or Pomodoro-style focus and break cycles.
