I’ve used the free version of this app for several years and continued to even after it was revised and I learned nearly all of the features I attempted to use now prompted me to upgrade. ie: the number of jobs AND the amount of history it will allow. So I sacrificed my official documentation of my work to a mere screenshot, and stayed loyal to the app and deleted history. A compromise worth keeping the app. I have multiple breaks in each entry as I perform housekeeping while caregiving and it’s necessary to maintain time record as there is a significant difference in hourly rate billed. Yesterday, I was at two days with multiple breaks and was depending on the app to have my grand total. It’s important to emphasize that these sporadic times could never be guessed from memory. I could understand a legitimate hiccup such as losing the entry. But what it did is a fail. It had lost random breaks AND the total hours from the broken information it did keep, wasn’t even in the ballpark of what the sum should’ve been. Prepared to tackle this very big problem today and come up with something that will be appropriate (although I will most certainly lose money), I opened the app and it had changed my initial clock-in from two days ago to a random time early this morning. Still displaying incorrect math for total hours with what this mess of a record has become. I don’t even know how to feel because none of this was ever an issue until the app got tightened up and constantly prompted me to purchase more, more, more. So is this the consequence of declining? users getting the free and obviously glitched version. What it doesn’t do, is persuade me to spend money on it!! Thanks for letting me down.
