## HOUSE OF RARE Reviews in India

### **--- "App related"
Tried logging in multiple times , just throws a passcode and does not accept it. Useless app
-- @Vamzy, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Worst app and worst customer service"
I order a product , 3 days ago , and it still doesn't get shipped yet. I just want to know how much time it will take to get my order ready and shipped.
-- sid1111111, 2024-12-26

### ***** "☝🏻"
Excellent
-- Yogesh reddy 27, 2024-12-25

### **--- "Wishlist issue"
Whatever I save in wishlist. It doesn’t appear there. The dialogue box says empty wishlist
-- ZAidtw, 2024-12-25

### ***-- "Beautiful App but misses on some basic functionality"
The app experience is a hit or miss while the app is aesthetically pleasing it lacks functional needs like tracking your previous order, cancelling order you have to login separately to an external window in order to do that so technically its just a mbile website packaged in an app
-- addyandstuff, 2024-12-22

### ***-- "Need improvement in App"
App works very slow. It takes time in processing like Images doesn’t get loaded fast. Need improvement in filter options etc.
-- Saury18, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Worst dispatch time"
Order dispatch is taking forever. And even worse is the cancellation method , the customer support won’t com online even after waiting for 20 mins. Chat bit makes us wait for forever to cancel the order. Even after 10 days order is neither dispatched not cancelled and my money is stuck with these guys.
-- VJ Katta, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Fraud app"
Don’t purchase anything from this app , I order on 4th December and I pay the full amount but still not getting my order or payment . These people are fraud I also complain through mail but these fraud people only told me to wait now it’s been 14 days but no proper response . So please don’t purchase from this app or this company . Now it’s your choice .
-- R. Khh, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Cheating Application"
After placing order they will not dispatch the product. After a long waiting they will cancell your order and the amount will not be refunded. Please be careful while using this app
-- Cheatin app, 2024-12-12

### *---- "PoorService"
Placed order on 4th December 2024 with the prepaid amount. Till today item is not delivered. No option to get the proper order related information or to cancel the order. Worst online shopping app. Kindly improve your efficiency in customer support.
