Tried this app with my flatmates and it’s been so much easier than using WhatsApp & Excel! For payments, the app takes a cut and processes in 5-7 days, but that’s a small price to pay for an amazing all round app. So much potential here and love the design. Recommend for anyone renting in a houseshare!
The app just improved so much and customer support has been great. Been using with my flatmates and it’s been really easy to invite and get started by just adding their email and them signing up. The payments features are advanced yet so intuitive. The dashboard design is amazing and all forums app is great to use. My only gripe would be to improve messaging with attachments but otherwise really great and a must have.
Giving two start for the clean UX, from landlords perspective, too few functionalities that would justify using this app. Better apps already exists.
Absolutely love the design, simplicity and functionality of the app. Just moved into my house share with my friends and we have set up our home, so easy to keep each other posted and log expenses. Must try this app. Please add expense sharing & mac app 👏❤️
Me and my housemates have just moved into our accommodation and using this app has made it so easy to track everything. The design makes it pleasant to use and I’m surprised more people aren’t using it. Definitely recommend.
I wasn’t sure how this would be different to using an expenses app but after playing with it I fell in love with how well thought out it is. There isn’t anything that comes close! The app is free for 2 housemates including myself otherwise it requires a subscription which is still fairly cheap for what it does. Just wish there was a split expenses feature, but requesting and logging expenses has been great for us. Definitely recommend for flat sharers or landlords 👍🏼
This app is seriously a great one-stop-shop for managing rentals. I have multiple properties and love the ability to oversee all of them and my tenants in one place. At such an incredible price point too, compared to using Agents, I feel empowered to take the management of my rentals back into my own hands with Maison. Highly recommend Landlords giving this a go, I’ve found it so easy to use and it’s sure to be the future of property management.
Definitely recommend for those first time landlords, my tenant invited me and we are both happy with using the app. Setting up the new payments was hassle free, although there is a small fee but it is nothing in comparison to savings i have made using this
Wasn’t sure if the app would actually be useful, but the product page had me intrigued. As a first version this is really great, I love the design, I’m a landlord of multiple properties and I didn’t think twice about how I was doing things but now I can’t go without using this. I think the pricing is a little steep but for such a great app that I enjoy using I don’t mind, cheaper than outsourcing. Look forward to seeing what else is in store.
Finally an app I can use alongside my tenants. This is great for managing HMO’s, and the functionality of being able to manage communications between landlord and tenant for me is going to save so much time. Thank you for bringing this out and look forward to the updates!
