I stumbled across it when it featured as apple’s app of the day. The app addresses as a gap I also have as a tenant in London and I have to admit it provides such an easy way of managing all of the matters you have to handle as a tenant in one place with an simple and easy interface too. The flexibility in being able to modify items too is great. Definitely space for more improvements in terms of new functionality but in my opinion the best app within this category by far.

This is a game changer. Before I dreaded having to have discussions about property maintenance with my landlords face to face or by WhatsApp. Now it’s as simple as logging a ticket with pictures. Serves as a clean audit trail for everything maintenance/financial which was a frustratingly manual process before Maison!!

This app perfectly balances property and financial management, with a great design. I use with my flatmates and it's perfect. Theres small features like open banking which would be great, but this is an amazing version 1.

Tried this app with my flatmates and it’s been so much easier than using WhatsApp & Excel! For payments, the app takes a cut and processes in 5-7 days, but that’s a small price to pay for an amazing all round app. So much potential here and love the design. Recommend for anyone renting in a houseshare!
