So bad
The app wouldn’t let me make an account so i couldn’t even do anything. I tried to use the app as a guest and I looked around in the app and I couldn’t find my hoverboard model and it said that it may not be compatible yet the instructions said to download the app. So confused and disappointed that it would say error any time I would try to make an account. Just horrible.
Useless
Since my hoverboard is passed warranty by a couple weeks, their customer support won’t even help me log into the app. Forgot my password sends an email, but then says passwords don’t match. Customer support is useless as is the app.
Login
It would be nice if I could log in. I created my account and I tried to login but it said my password was wrong so I made it send me an email. Which by the way, I have never seen an app that sends the password you chose to my email instead of changing it , but it also cut off my password when I chose it I guess because the email wasn’t my full password. Even the password they said I chose was not the “correct” password in the system.
Broken
So I was just trying to change my color of my hoverboard and then it changes the position of the hoverboard before I got this app it was straight but now one side down and up and I tryed to recalibrate and didn’t work so now it’s broken
Won’t sign in
I’ve tried signing up with 2 emails and when it’s time to log in it tells me the entered passwords do not match, even when I copy and paste it from the email that confirms my password.
Login broken
The app worked fine until the login system completely broke and returned the error “The entered passwords do not match” I know that I have the correct password because I created a brand new account and copy and pasted email and password into the fields but it still gave me the error.
App is ok, equipment not so much
Cheap Chinese knock-offs. I’ve gone through a few of these (thanks to return process) and they simply don’t last. Don’t understand how this company is still in business!
Im confused
Does this app support the hover 1 I-200 ?
Terrible
It said H1 and that’s the model of my scooter which is not connected also they should make one for electric scooters.
