Behind closed doors, many of us face similar issues but are uncomfortable talking about in everyday conversation. Enter How Are We Today. How Are We Today is a daily prompt journal with a twist. Upon answering our prompt each day, you are shown anonymous responses from other users worldwide. This format allows you to be vulnerable with both yourself and others without any fear of judgment. This global exchange bridges the disconnect between strangers, fostering global understanding and empathy through shared vulnerability. And with no accounts or paywalls, you only need basic internet access to view the low-data, text-based results - ideal for users in developing nations. By encouraging everyone to reflect and connect, we aim to break down social barriers, improve mental health, and promote daily steps toward self-improvement at a global scale. That's why we call ourselves the world's journal. ## How Are We Today Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/e9/57/2d/e9572d82-8774-ff52-5765-1f9e84f4f296/Artboard_9.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/6f/d6/53/6fd65383-ef1c-745c-8df2-6e421c4d22e1/Artboard_8.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ba/04/5d/ba045d2d-9052-7b93-5eab-723f8fb04d7c/Artboard_7.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/84/19/92/84199228-21cb-1b93-51d8-c42f23ae3835/Artboard_6.jpg/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/eb/46/9c/eb469c21-0756-d204-8836-28c1110cb101/Artboard_10.jpg/1284x2778.png) ## How Are We Today Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 27 (96%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (4%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## How Are We Today Reviews in United States ### ***** "Excellent App" Loving journaling the questions and finding inspiration in other people’s answers !! -- FalconStudent, 2024-09-13 ### ***** "Awesome app" Gives people an awesome platform to be vulnerable and see that other people are being vulnerable as well.
