You can't learn any ties with this app, so poor so bad.
This app is so poor. First it's not English. Second it hadn't good pictures for teaching.
They used multiple GIFs, not videos, to demonstrate lacing the designs. This gives a stop-motion like appearance which is distracting and leaves you feeling as if you missed something. Verdict: Waste of time. You can get clearer instructions online.
This app stinks. Don't waste your money.
This app still has no English translation. Also, despite the app's name, it doesn't show the steps for tying a bow in shoes once they are laced - just the steps for lacing shoes in a variety of styles. Some of them do look cool, but this isn't going to be particularly helpful in teaching a child how to tie their shoes. What the app does is play little looped video slideshows of shoes in progressive stages of lacing. It's somewhat hard to see exactly where the laces are going. This is largely due to the demonstration being done on white shoes with white laces: there just isn't enough contrast to easily see the laces. Also, since the laces are disappearing when they are behind the eyelets and sometimes they are pulled through eyelets on the same side, it's not always clear where the lace is running. Drawing arrows or some kind of indicators of the path the lace is taking when it is hidden might be helpful. Finally, it would be cool to be able to click through the images at our own pace so that we could follow step by step.
