The main issues still persists where while booking a tee time it doesn’t lock that time like the last app. When you select a tee time on this app by the time you are entering 4 players names for your group a single player can select the same time blocking your book g being completed. This app should never have been launched until it at least performed the tasks of the last app. Seems like nothing more than a money grabbing exercise forcing clubs to buy into this before it was fit for purpose.

This is possibly the worst “update” ever!! tee times clearly shown on BRS are not displayed on this🤷🤷 
When you try to book a tee time using that tab it opens the indoor swing studio

The developers of this app are equivalent to a 56 handicap. 
It wasn’t an ideal situation previously having two separate apps to organise and view my Golf at the club I play at. However, it was possible. This new app is clunky, unresponsive and very frustrating. All of the problems should’ve been ironed out before rolling out this new app and ditching the previous two. Please sort it out. You’ve had long enough now and it’s getting beyond a joke that so many golfers are frustrated on a daily basis because the developers this app are unable to develop it

This App does not work at all well. You are not able to record scores after a round. Results do not always come through. There are errors in how the club fees are presented. I have paid £9.99 for an App with very poor functionality. And with no helpful response to my emails, backup support is terrible. I would like a refund.

Just joined my local golf club and this is one of the apps they said to get to look at stats and for bookings. What a convoluted mess that’s totally bloated with pop ups and ads making it virtually un useable. Let’s hope the next version is a lot better

Beyond a doubt, this software did not go through a software development life cycle (alpha, beta, etc) From the reviews and personal experience, there were no user journeys tested before any of the release. Unlikely that the team had any business analyst to develop requirements. Therefore no non functional requirements were ever derived which we as users are experiencing by way of deplorable user experience. As one user said, we as paying customers are used as testers. It’s deplorable that clubs are forcing members to use this thing. In today’s AI world, this type of launch is simply unforgivable and unacceptable.

When I got this app my heart dropped at the sight of it. It’s meant to be an app to book golf not sending a space to mars. The main problem I felt was that I was unable to link an away club due to the poor standards of the new app. In conclusion the app is **** and the owners should bring back the old app or many people may start to question the main use of this.I have rated this app 1 star as unfortunately a zero star rating is not possible. All the best thanks for making my life hard work.

This app just doesn’t work. I hope they don’t have advertising which they have now introduced on their website which is incredibly annoying I’m always accidentally clicking on an ad. I thought this was a service to golf clubs and they are abusing their relationships by trying to make money from advertising and the expense of their users. Really gone down in my estimation.

Now more problems, can’t book into club competitions, funds previously credited for competitions not recognised. Asking for card details. What next! Why so many issues, surely this new app should have been thoroughly tested before being rolled out, it must be a nightmare for golf clubs. Can’t believe money has been spent developing an app that is worse than the previous app which worked fine.  Clubs who have paid for this so called upgrade should be asking for their money back. So frustrating!

When will the Club Teams functionality that links to the back end V1 system Team Manager functionality be available in the new app?
We are having to advise club members who have moved to the new HDID app that they need to continue using the ClubV1 Members Hub app to see details of club team matches and to set their availability. Understandably this is not an ideal situation.

### *---- "Subscription Rip Off Across Multiple Devices"
I subscribed to the ad -free version on my iPad.  However, when I use my Android phone (which is the device I use at my club), I am asked to subscribe again.

The developer responded to my review by asking me to email the support line. I have already done that 3 times but no-one bothers to reply.  There seems to be no appetite for anyone to properly resolve a significant subscription problem.

SUBSCRIPTIONS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY PAUSED UNTIL THE CROSS PLATFORM ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

This is such a basic problem that the app should not have been released until cross platform functionality had been tested and proven to work.

My career has been running major IT projects and if I had released something with such a critical defect and then ignored it then I would have been too embarrassed to show my head.  I would certainly have sacked my application project manager and head of testing.

PLEASE GET. GRIP AND PROMPTLY RESOLVE THIS OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
