Não tem atualização, erros básicos

Aplicativo com BUG, quando aperta CLX ele fecha a aplicação. Não atualizam…. Me sinto lesado por perder meu dinheiro com isso.

Qual o tempo necessário para que o app seja corrigido e não apresente mais bugs? Realmente continuo tentando usar o app, mas toda hora tem que deletar e instalar de novo para voltar a funcionar. Obrigado.
