Nefunkční aplikace, neumí zobrazit stav inkoustu, pouze přibližný stav a po kliknutí na tento přibližný stav nutí k předplacenému nákupu náplní Instant Ink. Nemluvě o tom, že pokud si Instant Ink předplatíte a po čase zrušíte, tak náplně které obdržíte v rámci předplatného nejdou po jeho ukončení použít…. Takže letí do odpadu… Ekologie v praxi by HP…. Aplikace dále při tisku fotografií padá, a ani neumí zmenšit fotografie a vytisknout jich více na jeden list A4. No hrůza.

Who ivented that in order to see how much ink is left you need to print it on a paper? I thought like OK, I was forced to make a new account and download a new app, at least I can now see everything I need to know about my printer in this app and have complete control over it. But I was wrong lol. The app has thousands of useless buttons I don’t need. The very basic thing like ink status is not among them. You need to waste a paper and expensive ink to get yourself an info about the printer status. Why is this happening in 2024?

In my 30 years of existence, I have not come across worse experience using a printer than with HP products. Never works as intended, smart functions are absolute trash and both the printer and the app are a waste of time. Never again will I buy a product from HP.
