I cannot get the purchased digital magazine issue of current month Because I am not a subscriber

I like the safari magazine but app experience is suboptimal Recently I am not able to open any single magazine even after subscribing I think safari deserves better app let me know if I can be of any help for development

Using it since 2022 but not even single time it performed smoothly. Keep on crashing and asks to reboot app.

I have tried to log on this app. It stops at unknown error and can’t log in. I have paid subscription of rs400. But I can’t access app.

Can’t believe that such a popular & one of great science magazines (yes it indeed is if you go by quality of content & simplest way of presentation in local language ) in world presents us such a poor & inefficient app. App keeps crashing & showing system error since many years, need to download subscribed content again & again & its eye souring experience to read the format in which articles are presented.

Take time for login and if your package is already activated then also not able to access the contents

A disappointing online reading application with major performance issues. Not speaking about content of the magazine, but Slow loading times, frequent sign-outs, and missing features made for an unsatisfactory user experience. Consistent error messages upon opening the app were frustrating, demanding repeated logins. In just few words, it's tough to fully convey my disappointment with this platform. I hope the developers address these problems promptly to improve the application and provide a more enjoyable reading experience.
