I am having no problem with connecting via Bluetooth, but it doesn’t want to connect through the app. Is it some sort of new update, you made because it sucks. I had this printer for two years, and this is the first time I cannot use it! Do I really have to buy a new one because of some dumb update?

This software is totally ruining a rather fine piece of equipment. The edit function does not let you select exactly what comes on the print and what does not. Even if you use a photo edit app to select the correct proportions - and it looks correct on the preview screen - and more than 20% is not getting printed.

Even worse - the app is so unstable that today it suddently printed a photo that I had been printing a few weeks ago - and then after that it printed the wanted picture - and it did that twice - I had only send ONE print. Of course there is no reason for HP to change this behavior - because with the obscene prices for the paper then every error is pure happiness for HP.

My best advise - use your money on a Canon Selphy

The app is okay, but the collage function is rahter poor; not able to swap, rotate or edit pictures when they are selected for the collage. Cannot add stickers/frames etc. to the collage. (I have just bought a sprocket studio). The print quality is quite dark, so editing of photos are required.
