Funktioniert mit iPhone 16 pro nicht mehr. Keine Verbindung möglich. Es kommt der Bildschirm „Zubehör auswählen“ und das war’s. Nichts hat geholfen.

Seit Anfang des Jahres funktioniert das Drucken von Bildern überhaupt nicht mehr! Habe die neueste Version der App, habe das Gerät komplett entladen und neu aufgeladen! Egal was ich mache die Fotos hängen in der Warteschlange und das obwohl die Bluetooth Verbindung mit allen anderen Geräten funktioniert! Drucken ist nicht mehr möglich, sehr schade

Mit anderen Geräten (iPhone 12, iPad Pro) kann ich mich per Bluetooth zum Drucker verbinden, aber mit dem oben genannten Modell bleibt die Liste leer, aus der ich den Drucker auswählen soll. Habe die App auch schon neu installiert - hilft nix.

Wieso kann man keine Collagen, als vier Bilder auf einem Foto im Querfomat machen? Die Bilder lassen sich nicht drehen. Nur verschieben. Bitte nachbessern!!! 🙏
Ansonsten läuft die App stabil und die Fotos lassen sich drucken. 

Why can't you make any collages than four pictures in one photo in the landscape mode? The pictures cannot be rotated. Just postpone. Please improve!!! 🙏

Otherwise, the app runs stable and the photos can be printed.

Wir haben zwei Probleme. Zum einen funktioniert die App immer wieder nicht, es wird angezeigt, dass der Server nicht erreichbar sei. Als Weihnachtsgeschenk leider enttäuschend. Da man ohne App das Gerät nicht bedienen kann, steht man ziemlich ratlos da. Es nimmt einem die Freude. Große Vorfreude, große Enttäuschung. Zum anderen war die Entwicklungsqualität nicht berauschend, als die Verbindung stand und wir die ersten Fotos entwickeln konnten. Gesichter haben einen extremen Grünstich.

Warum muss ich mindestens einen Stern vergeben, für diesen Müll? Die Bildqualität ist durchaus akzeptabel und wie zu erwarten. Allerdings ist das Drucken teilweise unmöglich, da die App einen Serverfehler mitteilt und nicht weiter benutzbar ist. Warum frage ich mich. Eine lokale Anwendung mit lokaler Hardware die aufgrund eines Serverfehlers nicht genutzt werden kann? Was treibt ihr da bei HP? Unverschämtheit!

Seit Anfang an, haben wir das Problem, dass wir aus unserem geteilten Urlaubsalbum in der iCloud nicht drucken können. Es gibt zwar einen Menüpunkt im Teilen-Menü für Sprocket, hier kommt aber nur die Meldung, dass die Terms of Services akzeptiert werden müssen. Das István der App nicht zu finden.

### **--- "Auf Kernfunktionalität konzentrieren"
Die App ist schön gemacht, funktioniert intuitiv und lässt sich gut bedienen. Eigentlich alles gut - gefühlt gab es aber in letzter Zeit einen dicken Feature Creep: man kann jetzt natürlich einen Account erstellen, irgendetwas mit Instagram und Facebook machen und Tiles ausdrucken. 

Sicher alles nice, aber dafür ist es bei der absoluten Kernfunktionalität - dem Drucken eines Bildes aus der Galerie - so, dass es nach dem Drucken oft in der queue bleibt und daher immer zwei mal gedruckt wird, außer ich lösche es manuell.
Nervt, verbraucht Ressourcen und ist für mich der absolut zentrale Aspekt der App.
