(Update)" UPDATE: Forgot to add that after I did use this, I paid an EXTRA $69 to have access to a tax professional who I could ask any questions. I emailed my question and NEVER GOT AN ANSWER! I paid and got nothing in return. Blatant bait and switch. Used this last year for my taxes with no problem. This year I open the app, hit any button, and the app crashes. Can’t log in, can’t start my taxes, nothing. Now I have to find another app. UPDATE: they fixed the app, although they never notified me after sending them an email. I was almost set to use TT, when I just randomly checked this again. It worked. But don’t believe their “Free, free, free, free” ads. Only the most basic of returns are free. So they draw you in with free but then tell you you can’t really get it for free if you actually have a deduction to take! The amount I had to pay essentially equates to paying someone over $200 an hour to complete my return.
