## HR2day+ Description
Met de HR2day App heb je altijd en overal toegang tot je HR processen. 

In het Employee Interaction Center vind en regel je alles rondom je dienstverband. Je zoekt actuele gegevens op of geeft wijzigingen door. Vraag verlof aan, voer een declaratie in of geef een adreswijziging door. Bekijk je actuele verlofsaldo, je salarisspecificaties of review. 

Managers vinden en regelen in het Manager Interaction Center alles met betrekking tot hun medewerkers. Zie wie afwezig is. Behandel goedkeuringsverzoeken of verzuimtaken.

HR2day is de meest complete HR applicatie van vandaag en morgen. Van personeelsadministratie en salarisverwerking tot performance management en begroting. Met geïntegreerde workflow en uitgebreide mogelijkheden voor rapportage en analyses.

Die hun eigen app testen: probeer voor de lol eens een verlofaanvraag te doen. De datum interfase schiet direct naar het jaar 1900 en dan kun met de hand jaar voor jaar doorklikken: dat is dus 122 keer klikken …. Ik ga mijn werkgever aanraden een ander systeem te gaan gebruiken want ik en al mijn collega’s vinden het een onwerkbare app.
