Although the way we practice yoga strengthens and stretches the body, it emphasises calmness, cultivating awareness and energetic balance.
 
In a beautiful synthesis of asanas, meditation, and awareness, physical practice becomes a blissful expansion of consciousness.

Practice Hridaya Hatha Yoga with voice guidance by Sahajananda, the founder of Hridaya Yoga.

You can get started with the Preset sessions, created by our experienced yoga teachers.
Each one has a central theme, an aspect of the being, that it develops.
They contain 3 variations with durations of approximately 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours so you can easily fit the practice into your schedule.

You can also create new sessions by selecting the techniques you want to include.

Before you start a session you can customise it:
- Select one of the session variations by taping the duration.
- Select the difficulty level to easily modify the duration of techniques (and the overall length of the session).
- Select the Audio Guidance level for more or less words: from comprehensive audio guidance, to only naming the technique and when to exit it.

You can also modify the length of individual techniques for fine control of your session.

### ***** "puts instructor led hatha practice in your pocket"
This is a super well designed and executed app that I think does an amazing job of providing a totally customizable instructor led experience of hridaya hatha yoga and not just any instructor--sahajah himself :)  I think its incredible, use it all the time.  I often fall asleep to sahajah's voice in savasana, just like in real life :)

couple of suggestions: 
- allow screen to be locked and audio to continue playing
- allow audio to be airplay'd
- add additional hridaya teachers :)
- add languages
