Ich nutze HRS schon seit Jahren. Seit dem letzten Update der App nimmt HRS meine Kreditkarte nicht mehr an. Fehlermeldung am 2024-12-31 ca. 10:00.

Konto Lödchung
Guten Tag, ich klicke auf Konto Löschung und bekomme am ende eine Beauskunftung innerhalb von 4Wochen. Ich möchte keine Auskunft, ich möchte die Löschung meines Kontos. Die Daten gehören mir! Ich benötige keinen Pseudoschutz meiner Daten, sondern die Kontrolle. Mehrere Namenhafte Anbieter die sich hinter Datenschutz verstecken, haben meine Daten verloren!

die man nicht abstellen kann bitte! – Sonst recht funktional. Aber das stört sehr. Ich möchte nur Mitteilungen zu meinen Buchungen!
Besser geht immer
Leider fehlen , Funktionen in der App , keine Möglichkeit eine Mail zuschreiben , außer zu den Office Mail Adresse .. Kundendienst nicht erreichbar … Schade
fast alles gut
funktioniert gut, wie die HRS Webseite. was noch fehlt, in 2024! : dark mode email- und Benachrichtiguninstellungen! musste Benachrichtigungen abschalten, um nicht alle paar Stunden - was soll das ? - HRS-Werbe-Nachrichten zu bekommen
Buchen
Leider kann man nur noch mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Die weit verbreitete Debit Karte wird nicht akzeptiert.
Naja - Chat kann man sich sparen
Seit einer Stunde versuche ich über den Chat eine einfache Aussage zu bekommen - leider vergeblich… alles passiert vollautomatisch und basiert nur auf Hinhaltetaktik. Das war auch nicht nachts um halb drei, sondern an einem Freitag (Werktag) vormittags gegen 10 Uhr. Gebucht habe ich bisher immer nur bei der Konkurrenz, weshalb ich nichts zum Buchungsmodul sagen kann.
Schön wäre
wenn ich Kreditkartendaten trotz Profil nicht bei jeder Buchung neu eingeben müsste (und das funktioniert nur manuell!) und letzte Suchfilter erstmal bis Neueingabe bestehen bleiben. Die mobilen Deals sind gut, bitte mehr davon.

Gut mit besserem Service als Booking.com
Übersichtlich, schnell und besser erreichbar bei Problemfällen und Beratung - besser als Booking.com die sich hinter ServiceMailkasakaden verstecken…. Gut wäre bei Buchungsabschluss einen OneKlick für Nachrichten direkt zur Unterkunft gleich noch zu haben.
