HRT Recorder helps you record medication events, lab results, reminders, and estimated estradiol or testosterone trends. It works without an account and keeps your records on your devices.

KEY FEATURES
• Record estradiol and testosterone across injections, patches, gels, oral and sublingual routes.
• Keep record-only anti-androgen reminders alongside your timeline.
• Review estimated PK curves, AUC, and trends with a smooth, adaptive chart.
• Scan hormone lab reports on device, preserve the original value and unit, and convert eligible E2/T results for calibration.
• Log doses with Siri and Shortcuts, widgets, or Apple Watch.
• Create medication plans and local reminders.
• Optionally read supported medications and body weight from the Health app, and write body weight when you choose.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No sign-in, advertising, or third-party analytics. HRT Recorder does not run a developer-operated data server. Health data is accessed only with your permission.
