Very good tool to analyze regeneration and training process . I recommend !!
I have been using it for several years to plan training and the time and quality of rest. I receive very accurate data, and I also have access to interesting articles to better use the data stored in the application. All you need is a phone and you don't need to buy any additional carrying accessories.
The people behind the app seem to be true experts on the topic but the app itself isnt worth its high price. First of all, the UI looks very dated and is pretty uncomfortable to use. Secondly, despite logging for almost 2 months I didn't really get any value nor important insights from it.
I use it every single day. Very useful to monitor HRV and HR as well. Simple to use. I can recommend for any person not only athletes. Thank You!
I AM dissapointet. I use Apple watch And i dont see any benefits of using app. I also have to manually sync data dron health app And i can only do that 3 hours after the measurment!
I’m disappointed with this app. For Training you have to subscribe and pay . This app just measures some parameters of HRV. After testing I think it is not worth it

This app can’t even find my polar h10. Do not purchase.
I have an Oura ring and it is synced to your HRV app. I am no longer getting VO2MAX scores as calculated by your app. For years I did but am no longer getting the calculation. Help
As of 4 days ago, I am no longer able to connect to oura to pull my metrics or push to training peaks.
