Useless
They idea would be so good but it's simply not working properly. Gave me readings of an 7.8-8.0 hrv three days now... Wasted my money on this

Pagato e non funziona.
after a few weeks of usage i identified some details what could improve the usability. When a new measurement is started, it should be a 2-step start. First show just the HR to see if settled already and then the user shall tap „START“ the real measurement. And especially if using an HR-Strap it would be great to have a rolling graph xAxis =rolling-time yAxis=HR (each single beat, so that it will show the real HR-variability. no filtering at all !!) but may be with autoscale option ? .. this will also show some peaks and even artefacts within RawSignal, to tell the user HR-Strap possibly need to be more wet. Update 2020-07-13 what i‘m really missing, is the rolling Graph of current HR (like EliteHRV) whilst recording. Because i use a chest strap Sensor what could have some time some issue to deliver robust signal quality (as manny others could have as well). This feature would show immediately a faulty HR. (spikes in the Graph) Update April 2023 since the latest Update vers.8.2.2 the App is just crashing immediately after startup ‼️may be because of outdated iOS 13.6 🤷🏼 @ iPhone 11pro in case of having already trouble with just a dark screen in several GUI-situations and now with this crashing, i reduce to just 1 ⭐️
Don’t waste your money on whoop or oura, just get this fantastic app
I really like it!👌🏼✨
My HRV is 7.6?? Excuse me, am I alive? Waste of money
Excellent app that helps me to target my training more precisely. Together with the pro subscription it is for me the closest I can get to individualised training advice. The heart rate measurement on my phone (iPhone 7) is precise and gives me recovery scores that correspond to my subjective perception. The estimated race and threshold times on the app reflect almost to the second what I am capable of doing. It is certainly more precise (and less volatile) than what my watch calculates for me (Garmin Forerunner 945). Moreover, Marco provides extremely insightful blogs to explain all the rich statistics that the app produces. Kudos on this great app!!
Hey Team Could You please change the lens which is used for the measurement on iPhone 11 Pro. At the moment I can’t measure properly because the lower left lense is to far away from the flash. Thx, Raphi Edit: thanks for the fix!
Love my little "Bio rhytm" tracker
The app relies on breath by Apple. But the data is not reliably imported to the app. When I complained I received not very useful support and when I asked for reimbursement the customer service did not answer anymore.
