Having problems setting it
Having problems I bought 2, one for hubby and one for myself. Mine won’t update time.. Hubby’s working fine
Possibly the worst app I have ever used.
Absolutely effing useless. Nothing good to say about it.
Lack of functionality
Downloaded this app because it goes with the bonus watch that came with my new walking pad. Was impressed to see that there was an option to track blood pressure as well as heart rate (unfortunately neither are routinely tracked - it has to be done manually), but apart from that nothing else seems to work. The steps don’t seem to be recorded and don’t get me started on not being able to sync the correct time to the watch. Overall I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of functionality of both the watch and the app.
Not really helpfull
I dont know why, even if the notif is on, im still not receiving the notif on my watch. Also i need to pay for the clock face that I want. So annoying. You cant do anything actually. Not that smart tbh. 😤
Can't sync contacts
I can't sync my contacts onto the watch. It's giving me a code to sync with but it's working?
Step counter
Counts steps even when you’re just sitting there , defeats the purpose of step counter
Login fail
After update asks for user login. But the login info I saved is not recognised so it seems u have to set up a new acct after each update. And lose all old data!! I use email login as I refuse to give apps permission to see my google or apple acct etc as this is what scammers exploit. Tried to use the report a problem link but it gets stuck and won’t let u do a report!! I’ll continue to use the smart watch I purchased but the app is useless. Thought I would try password reset. But it says my email is not registered.

My new watch
I bought this particular watch because I was sold on the horse screen pic thinking it must have horse riding in the sports feature but no it doesn’t, I couldn’t even find the pic of the horse BUT have uploaded a pic of my own horse so that’s good! Please think about including horse riding in your sports when you do updates.
