This bank doesn’t care at all about its customers. -- Jruamuramuurauaururuar, 2024-07-25 ### ***-- "Not the easiest to use" Unintuitive and no logical processes to carry out simple tasks Account data is “hidden” and requires you to remember the downward swipe to reveal the account data - why not just provide a link 🤔 In order to generate a security code to access online banking (website NOT App) you have to log out of the App to get to the login screen to access the generate security code link - not very helpful if you are in the middle of a chat session which is then closed when you log out Whoever designed this app had no idea of banking workflows or standard banking processes and had created one of the most awkward banking Apps that I have ever used - even the Chat Agents find it difficult to use and don’t know how to access certain data eg. Have also been very disappointed with HSBC’s service standards (getting back to me, in fact they don’t, you have to continuously call, long wait times on their call line and logged in chat service etc etc) and general evasive response to it all. Anyway, it is unacceptable that a bank like HSBC do not provide any interest for Euros , due to the current inflation crisis.
