My transaction from 2024-10-10 of converting 5000 EUR into AED on my current account took in total 7 days. This is unacceptably slow. I had to complain 3 times to finally get it fixed and credited on 2024-10-17. Thanks to the person who finally fixed this. But with regard to the slowness of transaction and its lateral damage I am absolutely unhappy with that service.
