How to register:

Credit card transactions not available

Can’t see credit cards transactions.

Hit and Miss

If and when you can actually get onto the app it’s an easy and straightforward app to use. However it’s hit and miss whether you can actually use it the amount of times the servers are unavailable or it buffers without going to the login screen outweighs the amounts of time I actually can get in to use it.

Needs Improvement

I have two annoyances with this app. 1) The search function for PAYEES is whimsical. It only returns the correct result 50% of the time. 2) When setting up new PAYEES the account name is limited to 18 characters. The majority of company account names are more than 18 characters. When checking account details are correct it returns an error but does not enable one to enter the correct >18 character account name.

Why can’t I see my credit card transactions since the update

Making payments used to be super easy. Now they are twice the key strokes and it is clunky, And still can’t search for a transaction on the app!!!

New problems using fingerprint to log in

iPhone 14 issue

Worked a treat on the iPhone 11, upgraded to iPhone 14 and just shows ‘Server unavailable, please try again later”. Please update the app.

Server down more than it’s up

This app has gotten worse and now it’s always frozen saying server is down than it works. I have not been able to access my bank via the app for 3 days straight now

Downloading statements is a pain

Since the update, the app no longer plays ball fully with iOS file system so when downloading statements as pdf for my accountant, I cannot target the destination folder I need.
