## HSD NOVA Service-App Description
Die HSD NOVA Service-App als mobiles Service Center bietet allen Anwendern eines Unternehmens die Möglichkeit, einen Bedarf abzusetzen oder eine mangelhafte ausgeführte Leistung zu reklamieren. Dies kann beispielsweise die Anforderung einer Serviceleistung auf Basis einer Störmeldung oder eine Sonderreinigung sein. Der Melder wird auf Basis eines Assistenten Prozessgeführt, mit Auswahl des betroffenen Objektes (z.B. Raum, Gerät oder Anlage), bis hin zur Gewerke- und Fehlerarten-Auswahl.
Eigene abgesetzte Meldungen werden übersichtlich dargestellt und ermöglichen eine transparente Statusüberwachung. Innerhalb der definierten Reklamationszeitfenster können bereits abgeschlossene Meldungen bei mangelhafter Leistungsausführung reklamiert werden.
Sollte die Verbindung zum Server, auf Grund von Verbindungsschwierigkeiten, einmal nicht gegeben sein, stellt dies auf Grund der Offline-Funktionalität kein Hindernis dar.
