## HSE Health App Description
The HSE Health App is a secure way to manage your health information, find health services and get information on conditions and treatments.

It is free and we will add new features to the app regularly.

If you log in to the newest version of the app you can:
- see your hospital appointments, if you are a maternity patient
- keep a list of your medicines
- see digital versions of health cards, such as the medical card
- see your COVID-19 and flu vaccine records
- get information on conditions, treatments and medicines
- find services near you, such as GPs and emergency care

In the future you will also be able to use the app to:
- sign up for a Quit plan - our free quit smoking service
- see hospital appointments for other medical specialities
- get notifications, reminders and alerts about appointments, vaccines and healthcare support information
- find out when you have been referred for tests or treatment
- check your wait time for scheduled tests or treatment
- get support and advice on living with a chronic (long-term) condition
- get support for cancer treatment and recovery
- check wait times for emergency departments and injury units

I have been recommended to download and use this App by HSE staff especially now that I have regular maternity appointments. Unfortunately, the App has a major technical issue, which is it won’t allow you to Login. It says it is compatible with iPhone 6 and up. I have an iPhone 8. On the opening page there should be a continue option on the bottom. This does not exist. Very disappointing. The IT department needs to sort this issue. I have seen that it is a common problem judging by some of the other reviews. I cannot speak for the IOS users maybe they are not experiencing the same issues.

Downloaded app but when launch does not bring me to a login page, I just get a large font notice about using a verified mygov id account ( have but no where to log in) page has no menu or x out.. make app not functional

The workflow is clearly hasn’t been tested entirely with this app. I was able to login and it worked. A few days later, it required me to login again and it’s impossible to login using government ID and get back to the app you remain stuck in the app browser. Whatever supplier is working on this for HSE needs some feedback!

Not a bad first version, hopefully the updates will come often and continue to add features. Would be great to see hospital appointments and possible cancel and reschedule if needed. 

Also to see things like blood results etc. would be great.

Also would be great to be able to add the different cards into the apple wallet.

Doesn’t save cookie preferences if you don’t accept everything. login through mygov brings information on mygov but doesn’t bring anything useful re health data or worse it records error code 5 and returns to the login page. Usual rubbish from HSE. Why launch it when it doesn’t work properly? We have been waiting years for this and it doesn’t work.
