## H.T. Hackney Portal Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Trash as White crack head"
Trash shut down the app and might shut down the Business
-- Preet........, 2026-03-17

### *---- "Update"
I used to love this app before the update. ITS SO SLOW NOW and not user friendly.
-- NotAHappyHeather, 2026-01-07

### ***** "Best update ever"
Before, I would have to call to return items i ordered on accident, now i can just tap and make a return. Also the new ui is the best update ever, i can easily navigate through certain things with a hassle. One thing i wish was added is “Favorite Items” So i can easily favorite a item that is needed or that i order alot and not have to keep researching it, also i dont know if this this is already in the app but i want a feature where i can schedule future orders that automatically orders on a set date. Otherwise the app is very good thanks for this big update!
-- Salim Customer, 2025-10-31

### ***-- "Love but"
It’s much easier to do an order through your phone than one of the devices in my opinion, however I would like to listen to music while I’m making an order. Or making a phone call? It all cuts out when you run the app. If this was fixed I’d rate it 5 stars
-- a teen w a brain, 2024-07-22

### *---- "App keeps crashing"
This App worked fine for two months, albeit very slowly. Now cannot even open item guide or even start an order.
-- Cobra Leftmark, 2024-02-17

### ***** "Wonderful"
So useful. The best wholesaler app I have used; always adding new features and quality of life improvements.
-- iMuad'dib, 2024-01-19

### ***-- "Music"
When I first installed this app I didn’t have this problem.

I love listening to music when I do my order. How do people listen to music these days? On their phone.

I was able to do that through several versions and then one day, nope. It cuts off your music when you scan an item.

I would give the app 5 stars if I could get back the ability to listen to music while I make my order. Visual confirmation is enough to let me know that my item has scanned. I’m not looking away from the phone like I did the scanner, I don’t have a red laser to guide me. Seeing my item appear onscreen is enough.

Please, please, please. Give us an option to disable the beep so that we aren’t tied down when using this app. I can’t listen to the news, podcasts, anything. Just “beep”.
-- Sealius, 2023-11-06

### *---- "Update makes app crash"
Ever since the update the app keeps crashing and I keep having to delete and redownload. It worked perfectly before.
-- jenny6788, 2023-10-28

### *---- "Update keep crashing app."
It was working fine before.
