## HTC My Account Reviews in United States

### ***** "It’s an OK app"
This is an app void of color and serves as a billing reminder.
-- WADLO 52, 2025-03-26

### ***-- "TERRIBLE SERVICE"
This internet is awful and not worth its cost because half the time it doesn’t work. I’m getting very tired of calling someone out to fix it.
-- Kween Ashuntae, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Can’t leave the house"
I can watch the tv at home. I want the app to watch my programs when away from home. Spectrum does it.
-- hujol, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Great"
Great service all the time great internet and security system
-- Hazel four, 2024-09-01

### *---- "Poor app for service"
This MAX app on a fire stick would be great if we could create a set of channels we can go to easily. I’d also like to clear the history of random channels that we occasionally watch.
-- Mess888, 2024-01-04

### ***** "HTC MAX"
HTC MAX has made watching our favorite shows easy. First I love no cable cords going around the room! The option on Max to “watch from the beginning”, even when I’ve missed the start of a show, is a great feature. Controlling the TV from my FireTV stick is a plus!
-- Red Again, 2023-09-09

### *---- "Ridiculous"
The two separate sign ins is annoying
-- Aunt Mermaid, 2023-02-09

### ***** "Everything you need in one convenient app"
Can view statements, pay bill, change services and more , all in this conveniently east to use app.
-- pamelab843, 2023-01-05

### *---- "Audio problems"
Occasional muting occurs remains muted 1.5 min to 2.0 min. Will repeat at undetermined time intervals, I’m thinking from fire stick (Amazon).
-- retrx 2tno, 2022-12-17

### ****- "Service is not working well"
For several days in a a few weeks now our service has sucked . We’ve called and complained . I see online that you have a lot of angry customers. So what's the deal? Are you going to address this ongoing issue ???
