Just fix it
How can you have this many recent negative reviews about the app update and not notice? Or do they notice and not care? Not only do I see the bad reviews on here, I hear customers in the store saying it’s not working.

How can you have this many recent negative reviews about the app update and not notice? Or do they notice and not care? Not only do I see the bad reviews on here, I hear customers in the store saying it’s not working.
Lost my rewards and the app will not let me log in. Just get an error message over and over “ having an issue on our end. Please wait a moment and try again.” Ugh! Love the tea…hate the new app!!!
Have not been able to login since the update. I changed my password through the email that was sent but when I try to login it states error there has been an issue on our end. Please wait a moment and try to login again.
Signing into/onto the new platform is terrible. I won’t use this app again.
Originally the app was good, everything worked fine. Then the new update came out and nothing works. You cannot scan your receipts, or in store. Oh yeah, and if you had pints built ip they took the points away.
Great app till they updated. Now it’s no longer compatible with iOS 15 and unable to scan my barcodes from receipts or check rewards any longer. Can’t find any older compatible app versions out there either -(
Can’t even get into the app. I was logged in after it first updated and the next time I went to use it (at the window), it had me logged out. EVERY time I try to enter my info, it just tells me “could not authenticate” 🙄
Used to be so simple and seamless. Now I can’t get even get into the app after the update. Will no longer be spending my hard-earned $$ there until the app is fixed and my rewards are restored. Specifically saved them for the holidays and this app update is the absolute worst.
I received an email about the new app today. I thought maybe it would just be something I could just update in the App Store. I tried to login but I don’t know my username, so I tried using my email but it doesn’t recognize it. The same email that told me about the new app. After several attempts at trying to login, I decided to make a new account. Once I put all of my information in, it said an account with that phone number already exists. So, I have account that doesn’t recognize my email and doesn’t offer the phone number as an alternative for recovery and I can’t make a new account. I have about 217 points that I cannot access. Not happy with this experience.
I can no longer login to the app with my email or Apple account. It prompts me to enter my information for a new account. An associate at a local HTeaO store said the same thing and she had over 600 points. It’s horrible customer service to leave customers without access to their points and account without communicating the breakdown with the app upgrade. 👎🏼👎🏼
