## HTH™ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad Interpretation"
Like another reviewer, this is a total joke app. I have a literal white square for chlorine. It’s interpreting my chlorine as being too high (which would be PURPLE). It’s also reading total hardness massively wrong. The app is useless. The test strips are good.
-- Danimology, 2026-03-20

### *---- "Simply won’t read the strip"
Simply won’t read the strip
-- Bojkgd, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Incomplete App"
My question is what if I don’t use a major chain store to get my pool supplies and chemicals? What if I have a local pool store that I am able to use to purchase my chemicals and products? Because of this I’m unable to use your app? Sounds a bit unfair to me. But hey you choose not to allow the choice of “other” in your list of retail outlets!
-- Weekend Home worker, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Wildly inconsistent"
Taking multiple pictures of the same test step, just seconds apart, leads to widely varying results. Also for any given result the dosing suggestions differ greatly from what is printed on the bag of their own product. Just worthless.
-- Flawed logic-JD, 2025-07-28

### ***-- "Questioning Accuracy"
I just downloaded this App on an IPhone 15 plus which is very intuitive & no issues to use so 5 stars for the ease of the App. But…I took 10 pics without moving the same strip & results were all different. So I am giving 2 stars for accuracy. I am giving 2 stars bc on the 3rd pic it matched the back of bottle. The apps median score is 3. I feel like the app is like legacy media it is telling me something different than what my eyes are seeing when I look at the back of the bottle for results.
-- Meretia, 2025-07-26

### *---- "Camera feature doesn’t work"
I only downloaded to try the camera feature, it crashed so many times in a row that I couldn’t exit the app. This happened every time I tried. About eight times total deleted the app.
-- Melimelzzzzzz, 2025-07-19

### *---- "🧐🤨"
Doesn’t work. Created an account. Won’t give me my weather info. Won’t save testing results. As a first time pool owner I need some easy to use and friendly advice. HELP
-- sunrisej, 2025-07-11

### *---- "Wrong"
Took 2 pictures and both were extremely off and wrong
-- anneb333, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Complete joke"
Getting the photo to work is a complete joke
-- Mktsjb, 2025-06-26

### *---- "False info"
Followed the steps correctly to test the pool water using this app and followed the recommendations given. Made the water so much worse, only to be given more recommendations on other chemicals I need to buy after already wasting money and time buying chemicals that probably weren’t even needed to begin with. Ended up just draining all 2100 gallons. Never again.
