How much does HTTPBot cost?
HTTPBot has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is €42.66.
The app is broken and will show impossible 200 OK responses when connecting to https://192.168.A.B addresses which are not listening on port 443. All other tools show connection failed, this tool shows 200 OK. The web server logs also prove no connections were made, and the response section on the right side of the app is completely blank, but the status on the bottom of the app shows 200 OK 98ms.
The app is not well tested enough to be a professional networking utility.
JSONPath
Very nice app. I’m working with postman normally but for iPad this rocks.
You can import postman environments.
How to handle filling of {{variable}} from a response is not clear for me.
JSONPath is available but how can you fill a variable with response data?
Can this be done: {{ variable }} = $.responseelement .....?
Works like a charm!
It just works as you expect with a very subtle and clear interface
Works nicely, small bug
It helps in most situations to check the network waterfall as long as the url is publicly accessible, local hostnames/IPs cannot be accessed. Probably just a bug, because the traffic is not routed through a proxy. It all happens within the app.
Great!
Awesome tool! Feature requests:
- JSON body editor
- rename saved requests in a collection
Thanks for this great app
Unlimited
No worries just focussed on
even JSON / YAML 👍 so powerful!
postman in your 🖐️ ? i can spoof any web page?
i would use these powers for evil 😈
Good and then turns Bad
Initially works great and soon becomes slow and almost takes 2-3GB of data just for basic requests, and no option clean, except deleting entire app!
UPDATE: Perfect
NEW REVIEW:
It just works. I had a newbie problem of my own and sent a https request to the test server which only had http.
OLD REVIEW: What use is a HTTP request application if it does not show you the returned object right away. I’m always getting response 200 OK and a blank screen when sending a get request to my own working API.
