You can't rely on them
I had to transfer funds to HTX, but the deposit page didn't work at all. It was impossible to get deposit details. Due to this technical issue, I couldn't buy an asset at a good price. Thank you HTX for your “reliable” platform. You simply can't deposit/withdraw because the most important feature is not working when you need it. It seems like the dev team doesn't care about the platform's functionality. Good job guys! One week left and it’s still not working on the desktop! Bravo!
Injustice
I was restricted because I used my real bank account it just didn’t add my last name the seller appealed and was supposed to refund but instead he cancelled the appeal and released I was already restricted and they didn’t take back the decision how am I supposed to use the crypto for what I wanted when I’m restricted they didn’t even give me time to provide proof that it was my bank account I felt injustice to be honest this is not good

I switched off all settings of notifications in the application. but it still sends me SPAM. so these settings about notifications don’t work. so, the only way — is switching notifications off — in the iOS-settings for this application. it’s really annoying! the side effect: now in p2p — other people can’t send me notification too when they are sending messages :-( .. 1 star of 5, surely
