## Hubble Dashcam (MDC300/500GW) Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Update needed"
Please update this app it’s outdated and keep crashing!!
-- Not work on iPhone 6+, 2023-07-16

### *---- "Waste of £70"
Got the dashcam few years ago because it had the app functionality with GPS monitor. Now I need the app function few years later I find that the app never worked for anybody. Very bad on Motorolas and Hubbles part. Lost a customer, going to Nextbase.

From a IT technician side I can get the GPS coordinates from the SD but I do not have time to write an application that can interpret this. Also tried many other desktop dashcam applications but none can interprets this data.
-- BigLiam1234, 2022-04-02

### ****- "Reset password"
Ho do you reset your wifi on your smart phone mine will not let me reset
-- 1223949382777712727227, 2021-09-03

### *---- "Useless"
Bought the Motorola MDC500 last week. Downloaded this app to my iPhone but it was unable to connect with the dash cam, no wifi network showing. This dash cam should no longer be sold, as it is false advertising saying it still works with this unsupported app. It doesn’t. Returned to Argos for refund. Don’t waste your money!
-- Annnoyed buyer, 2021-05-30

### ***-- "Needs updating"
Seems to work well until you want to watch playback then it just crashes
-- Tony2tone75, 2021-02-16

### *---- "Shocking"
Got this dashcam as a recent Christmas present. Says on the box to download the app but the app is not updated and most features don’t work. Why continue to advertise the app if it doesn’t work and there have been no updates on the app for 2 years.
-- L94xxx, 2021-01-16

### *---- "Can’t play videos"
Like others who have left a review, I am unable to play back the videos using the app. I just get a white screen. Can’t seem to find anywhere to help with this issue either. The app feature was one of the reasons I went for this dashcam. Expensive mistake!
-- KR15TI, 2021-01-13

### *---- "Not been updated since 2018!"
App full of bugs and doesn’t work, Argos selling the dashcam mdc300gw still but the app not working.
-- G1977R, 2021-01-04

### ***-- "App is broke"
Won’t let me play back dash cam footage? Makes dash cam pointless
-- RNHM1234, 2021-01-02

### *---- "What’s the point of this app"
This app needs updating so you can play back your videos. When you go to play back your videos you are left with a pure white screen. The app either needs updating or to just remove! Only way to get videos is remove sd card and download to computer. Not really the future of dash and really, if I had known this I would have got a different dashcam!
