I would not recommend this app or any baby monitor that connects to it. Video quality is good if it actually works. Most of the time it disconnects. Has issues with every single update.

Two year in to having this app and it keeps signing me out won’t remember my password and it wiped all my saved videos I do not recommend I post a lot of her early days videos and have found no solution in calling stockist for the monitors I use.. wish I went with something else one camera stopped working and then the app stopped saving recording and then wiped it all..

Same experience as other parents/reviewers, camera connection drops regularly. Nothing else on our home wifi ever does. We are pretty relaxed but it’s going to be that one time when an accident happens and you aren’t able to pick up quick enough because the camera has cut without you realising. Would you install an intruder camera if it went offline randomly all the time?? Parents please, please don’t use this.

### **--- "Glitchy and annoying ads"
Constantly glitchy (disconnecting, LED light keeps turning on by itself when we have the settings set to off so you have to turn on then off again, randomly says it’s offline with accompanying VERY loud beeping from the parent unit and then sometimes corrects itself, very annoying ads pop up in notifications even when we’ve set the “hear about our offers” to off in settings). Also, one of our cameras had to be replaced twice due to it not working and then on the third occasion we had to pay for a new one because it went over the warranty time period. This is for a device that is literally just attached to a wall!
The music library sounds tinny and I wish there was a slightly quieter setting as even at the lowest setting it can be quite loud.
It has sufficient night time visuals and has clear imagery during the day.

This app is horrendously unreliable. Cameras are always ‘offline’ even when they are on. Restarts don’t work. Absolute waste of money

Paid a mint for the OBHDUAL camera, which doesn’t come with a parent unit, only connection is via personal phone, which we were aware of. Only to find when connecting it that we have to spend another $150 to sign up to premium, one would think a company would recognise that both parents would like access to the camera, not just on one device.

I have the OBHFCU camera and have wasted hours of my life trying to get the camera to scan the QR code. Not only that, when it fails, you have to unplug it, plug it back in and put your wifi password in again each time. It is incredibly frustrating!

It would be nice if it remembered previously connected wifi networks so that you didn’t have to keep putting your password in every time you have to turn it off and on again because it’s crashed.

The camera connection to the internet is extremely unreliable. This is not related to the internet quality in my house- my sister in law has the same issue. We have both purchased Kogan baby monitors which function reliably with the same wifi

The app has worked at most - half a dozen times over wifi and not at all when using data.

The camera and parent unit are great.
The app is terrible. 

If it’s not showing ’Looks like your camera is offline. Please turn on the camera and try again.’  
It tells you that the camera needs restarting.

There are a whole range of options and settings to use, however they’re all useless when the app doesn’t work for actual monitoring.

Just spent a lot on the camera and the app pushes you to buy premium (optional) to share camera access with others. $149 a year. It’s promoting the premium all over the app. There shouldn’t be a limit to devices you can connect to the app.
