## Hubdoc Description
Get copies of documents and key data stored into Xero and QuickBooks Online automatically. 

Perfect when you’re on the go, at a job site or at the office, the Hubdoc mobile app makes it easy to capture and store your bills, receipts and invoices. 

Once everything is in Hubdoc, the key data is extracted and seamlessly synced to QuickBooks Online, Xero, and BILL for one-click payment processing, reconciliation and audit-proofing.

With Hubdoc, you can spend less time managing paper documents and doing admin, and more time running your business. 

Key features of the mobile app:

Capture
Snap a photo of your bill or receipt, automatically sharing it with your accountant, bookkeeper or teammates. 

Extract
Hubdoc will extract the supplier’s name, amount, invoice number and due date, so you can say goodbye to data entry. 

Store
The document will be filed automatically in a digital filing cabinet, which means you can toss the paper copy.

I downloaded the app. It insisted I use 2FA via a second authenticator app because I’m in Australia. So I downloaded that too. I had trouble with the 2FA aspect and I couldn’t complete the set up. Maybe Hubdoc is a great app, I don’t know. The app doesn’t work (for me) without 2FA.

Worst app. I question whether it even functions as useful to the whole process. I’m finding I have to go in after emailing recipes to take a photo to add in the Xero app

Love love Hubdoc itself however the app provides no functionality at all aside from photographing a receipt or invoice. You can’t review and process any data into Xero from the app. And it constantly logs me out! So 90% of the time it’s quicker to just email photos into Hubdoc.

Why do I have to authenticate with the app every time I want to submit a receipt?
It is infuriating. Could you please at least implement Face ID to speed things up? Or a PIN?

Given that the app barely has any features, a user has nothing to modify anyway. I do not understand why the overzealous security is required for this app. 

Other than that, the app is sufficient for scanning receipts. But that is about all it does. 

I left Dext to use this app as it is included with Xero subscription, but now I am thinking I’ll just pay for Dext instead because I won’t need to loose my mind logging in every time I want to scan a receipt. The kicker is the 2FA screen, it doesn’t support 1Password so I need to leave the app open my password manager and copy the code go back and paste it in. Every. Single. Time I want to scan a receipt.
