Hopeless add-in to Xero. 3 near-identical invoices and it would only recognise two. Cumbersome process to get to Xero with far too much fiddling around. Easier and quicker to use Adobe Scan which detects edges and then email to Xero. Quicker and as, if not more accurate. Avoid!
Always seem to have to login to be able to use it this does not save me time all it does is raise my stress when technicians are unable to send receipts to the office and have to come back just to bring them in. This is a loss of productivity
I use this app daily and the process of taking photos of receipts is painful. I would say 80-90% of the time I take the photo, using the app, and it doesn’t upload. Incredibly frustrating.
Not maintained. Constant issues. Cant even logout of the app.

Almost no functionality & very slow response to touch, feels like an app from the early ‘10s… Hubdoc works great at translating invoices to text, but this doesn’t add anything useful to the website, where you can just email pictures or scans of receipts to.
If you only have one account (organisation) why do you need to choose it from a list of one every single time you use the app? Also the camera button is difficult to discover for new users when it sits over top of documents list.
I’m trying this out, and not having a great time. 2 out of 11 photos failed to upload to the website. I can see them in the app, but there is no way to kick it to upload them. Very annoying After a little use, the interface grows top and bottom and gets hidden by iPhone elements like the top bar. And at the bottom the camera icon drops down over the Tags button And in general the interface is erratically responsive. Tapping on an icon has a delay of a second or two before any indication that something is happening. And it doesn’t use standard techniques of getting out of a sliding menu. Eg tapping on a part of the interface outside the sliding menu. You have to tap back on the hamburger icon. Confusing
Haven’t even been able to login with my Xero login. Soon as I push the button, the app closes. Please fix/update!
