More than a year and a half after cancelling they keep sending our finance team reminders despite reaching out to their support about the issue numerous times. Beware of their billing strategy where you get stuck.

👎Jag är missnöjd med Hubspot. Mejl synkroniseras inte. Mobil app har inga notiser och man måste använda slack och i slack kan du inte  svara utan att den växlas tillbaka till Hubspot inkorg. Själva struktur i inkorg är så tråkig och obekväm att arbeta i.

Everything works well on the app except one little thing that might not be linked to the app but still be bothers me. I’ve linked my email account to Hubspot and now I’ve got a notification that the receiver of the email opened his/her email even when I open this recipient’s email responses, as the original email appears in my own Apple email App. So every time I open such as email, the Hubspot app sends a push notification that my recipient has opened the email... but the app is still great!
