### **--- "Eigentlich gut, aber…."
HubSpot wäre so gut wie perfekt. Kaum eine Funktion, die du bei dieser Software vermissen würdest.

Leider gibt es seit vielen Jahren ein riesiges Problem:

Es gibt schlicht keine Möglichkeit, das automatische Erstellen von Kontakten auszuschalten. Sobald eine E-Mail reinkommt, wird der Absender als neuer Kontakt angelegt.

Das führt dazu, dass du mit der Zeit Dutzende Noreply-Adressen, Werbeagenturen, Newsletter usw. als Kontakte in deinem Adressbuch führst.

Die viel beschworene Werbebotschaft, dass du nur noch Hubspot als einzige Software brauchst, ist eine reine Lüge. Ohne eine Integration zu Gmail oder Outlook funktioniert es nicht. Somit musst du weiterhin mehreren Softwareunternehmen teure Lizenzen bezahlen, statt nur einer.

Für mich ist die App auf dem iPad wirklich nicht brauchbar. Auch wenn es mühsam ist, benutze ich den Browser, damit ich alle Möglichkeiten habe und schnell finde was ich brauche. 

Die App lohnt sich nur, wenn man unterwegs kurz etwa erfassen möchte.

This app is more or less useless. There are some very important functions and features missing. E.g. it would be very helpful to have access to HubSpot lists and the complete srvice hub. As long as this is missing I don‘t see any advantages using this app.
