As a CRM Hubspot is the best in my opinion. But the app was a bit disappointing. The fact that it has no functionality for service/tickets means that half of my employees cannot use this. Given the rapid adoption of mobile I hope this is prioritized in future updates.

Yes it’s free but that version is pretty useless. Real power of HS comes when it’s integrated with his website etc etc and that deal is way more expensive than other stuff out there. Also their support is lousy! Very very poor experience dealing with your staff and your assigned local teams.

Guys just try this free CRM to bring your business into next level. Very intelligent CRM as when we just give client email id, system will pull out all data related that company even location also. Its supporting us lot than we expected.  I am very happy to be a hubspot crm user. Just try once i am sure you will be a big fan of this CRM. Before this IOS mobile app very poor performance but in new updation,its working as mind blowing performance.
